BPX5 is 5 tool axes tool grinding center, which is mainly used for manufacturing of cylindrical or non-cylindrical cutting tools. Diameter range from 3mm up to 16/25mm and a maximum tool length of 200mm. The machine can be optionally equipped with an 3 axis automatic loading system. Anti-collision system, accurate clamping and high accuracy holding for work piece.
BPX5 tool grinding machine is suitable for producing rotary cutting tools for 3C industry, automotive industry, aerospace and medical industry, and woodworking industry as well. Work piece ranges Φ 3-16/25 mm. The machine can be equipped with beiping patented automatic loading system with anti-collision function, precise claming and high accuracy holding for work piece.
